DINNER AT THE SAVOY

This menu, from a dinner at the Savoy Hotel , was brought home by Wilhelmina von Hallwyl and kept for posterity. It dates from 27 November 1900. On this day guests were treated to:

Consommé paysanne
Filet de Mostelle aux fines herbes

Contre-filet garni à l'anglaise
