Overview
Provides a phone, records screen activity, shows alerts when the browser is minimized. Requires Agent Desktop Helper Application.
This extension is the link between the Chrome browser and softphone app that is one of the phone options for Bright Pattern Contact Center. The app also provides screen recording, out-of-browser alerts and ring-all-sound devices functionality. The Bright Pattern Contact Center is an end-to-end software as a service solution to manage customer communications over voice, chat, SMS, email and more, in context, while ensuring top quality and controlling the costs.
