I've been using the most popular auto refresh extension for past a year. The problem was that whenever Internet gets unstable, all of the extension work is frozen and you need to manually reset the parameters again for work. I've tried a dozen of top such extension but none of them worked for me. Luckily, I came accross this one, believe me it will work even if you've disconnected the internet for a day
