IP not showing up as an extension in my Amazon shop

Helllo I purchased the app and received the lic number JGH0TL1I7 but the extension is not showing up in my Amazon store as an app. I did sign up with my new email with you but my store is under an old email is that an issue? My Amazon store is Shop USA everyday.

IP-Alert Account incorrect Email Address Need Update

Hello seller Assistant Support Team,

I recently subscribed to the IP-Alert lifetime plan but mistakenly used the wrong email address. As a result, I have not received the verification link and cannot connect to my amazon store.
