new duckduckgo browser when I opened my microsoft computer today-why?

When I opened my microsoft computer up this AM, I found my password manager did not work and all of my applications I used daily were not available anymore. Somes when running into problems I would reset modem or turn computer off and then back on and everything would go back to normal. Not today? My password manager is the same as is on Ipad and Iphone and there isn't any difficulty. I am using chrome on this computer.

Where's the VPN

I've subscribed to DDG to get the VPN. It is on my iphone16 but not my lap top. According to Google Workspace I need to use Chrome as my browser but can use DDG as an extension, which I've done but I don't seem to get a functioning VPN that way. What can I do. I use my laptop for work not my phone.

Extension!!!!

I need this extension to work through chrome. I set up my car insurance using my duckduckgo email. So my insurance card was sent to that email. I need to show proof of insurance by thr 23rd of Feb or I will be fined and my license will be suspended!! I'm not able to access my duckduckgo email because the extension for duckduckgo through chrome is unavailable. I cant verify my email/change to a different email in my insurance app because duckduckgo extension is unavailable!

Can't set my own search engine

Hi, can you please tell me how to set my own search engine for the address bar when using the DDG? I mainly use DDG for the email protection and do not want to default to DDG search. I've looked everywhere to no avail. Please help. Thanks.

How do I cancel?

I did not mean to sign up for a subscription. How do I cancel. When I used the cancel feature on Apple, it canceled DDG as an annual subscription but then changed it to a monthly. I cannot afford to pay for any subscription.
