Very buggy —had to uninstall

Buggy. The core split-screen function works sort of when you only have a two or three tabs (max) open. It hides some of your browser screens. This could be an issue with Windows 10. Users don't need to resize tabs with WIndows 11 so my guess is this why the extension is no longer supported by the developer.

Overall, functionality degrades with more intensive use. The extension is laden with issues especially when using multiple tabs. The more tabs (more than two) it often collapses all tabs back into a single (extra) window. Sometimes the extension icon disappears from the toolbar. It's quite frustrating to use.

The keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + 4) is unreliable and does not work as consistently as clicking the icon. The "Reset" function is also faulty at random times; I had to completely uninstall and reinstall the extension to reset extension options to default. Sometimes the icon doesn't appear at all in the toolbar, it's random.

The extension needs more built-in layouts for configurations with more than two windows, such as a 3x5 grid. An option to automatically resize windows would improve usability when many tabs are open. Finally, the ability to reorder saved layouts is critical. Currently, you can only delete layouts you no longer want, not rearrange them, say, bring them to front and prioritize your custom configs. The empty tab default needs to be unchecked.

Overall, the extension isn't helpful Instead it's annoying. Windows 11 has a great layout feature so I imagine now with EOF few will use this extension.

Hi,

Thank you for this Chrome extension!

1. Pressing UNDO does not restore full screen.
2. Is it possible to make both windows resize together, similar to how it works in Windows 11?
3. Sometimes, after splitting, the extension's interface does not disappear.
