lead exporting not working properly

i am using the premium option but i unable to export all my leads from business whatsap . what is the problem. please help me to export all my lead from the whtsap.

a hint about how their theam is rude

In their email to me:

"Also we request you to please change your cheap mind because we already trying to help you but we think you just happy to write negative reviews."

My response:
"You are not helping me at all. You said you would have a meeting, then you disappeared. You told me to download AnyDesk, I downloaded it, and still you did nothing. You are literally doing nothing here. You told me to ‘check my system’ (I guess you meant my browser), but you didn’t even explain what exactly I should check or fix to make your tool work."

❌ Terrible Extension

It worked on the free version, but once you buy it you face endless errors and issues. I’ve been contacting your support team for three days in a row and they still couldn’t help me. On top of that, they are extremely rude.
