Input fields not visible on the page when under a form tag.

I have a form and I have all the aria inputs needed to make the titles and text input fields, etc. visible for accessibility purposes. When I have the page elements wrapped up in the <form> </form> tags anything inside of it will not show. However, when I take them out of the form tags everything is visible. I tested it on other accessible sites with forms and and got the same results. Can you fix this?

Purchased Premium, Premium Functions Not Working

I purchased Premium Just Read, and every time I click on a premium function, it does not work - I only get "buy premium" links (if I click the link and then hit "purchase," it "knows" I already subscribed).

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the extension, but it still won't work.

Note: I made the purchase using an email that is not a Gmail, so not the same Google account that I am logged into in the browser through which I made the purchase.

Just Read enlarges some graphic icons

First, thanks for creating Just Read, it is great.
I only have problems with some characters associated with ads getting blown up to page-sized equal-signs, or big X's, or solid black blocks. Is there a way to avoid this?
