Doesn't bookmark anything.

Installed ok; I pinned it and I have the icon sitting up at the top of the page to the left of the "Extensions" icon, but when I try to bookmark a spot in a Youtube by clicking on the icon, nothing happens. I right-click on the icon and it says I have no bookmarks. It has all the permissions it wants. Clicking the blue plus sign next to the time counter, "Click to bookmark current timestamp" elicits no response either. I have restarted the system twice. Running Windows 11 on a Lenovo laptop.
