App is blocked in Gmail even thought allowed in admin console

UI Issues in Compose Box

Cannot scroll in compose box so options are cut off, usually when I click in the body of a new email it will let me scroll over to discard a draft but the scroll bar will not appear. Those options are cut off unless I expand the box.

Linking Gmail labels is not working

The option appears once I'm on a label, but the button is unresponsive.Tried uninstall and reinstall the extension, restart the machine, opening Gmail on a separate browser and the tab is not pinned.
