The issue you're describing, where a file opens online instead of downloading, often depends on the website you are downloading from or your internet connection. The Website: Some websites are configured to open files directly in the browser rather than prompting a download. The Connection: An unstable internet connection can also sometimes interrupt the download process. Could you please try right-clicking the download link on the "Book Bounty" website and selecting "Save Link As..."? This usually forces the file to download directly to your laptop.
