Simple and effective. I have some extensions that are pretty heavy and I want to enable them only when I need them - Extension Manager makes that a breeze instead of a 100 clicks journey.

The list is not sorted by name and there is no option to set the list alphabetically

Good idea! I hadn't thought of that. I'll get around to this at some point when I have time but in the meantime, if you are a programmer, feel free to raise a pull request on github to implement this feature :)
