When I click on the extension it's saying it's connected but then this pops up below it.

ndClick isn't connected.
Either ndClick is not running or the same user is not found.

Also it's in red not green.

What do I need to do?

Do you also have an extension for FireFox? With the changes to Chrome that increase the number of adds, I want to switch to FireFox and need NetDocuments on that. Is that an option?

Can't open Adobe pdf from browser

I have installed NdClick and added the Netdocuments extension to Chrome, and specified Adobe Acrobat as my default PDF program, but when I try to open a document from netdocuments, it still only opens in a ND window, not in Adobe Acrobat. I'm exhausted trying to figure it out.
