scam app

A year ago I bought an annual subscription because I liked the app at first, but it only worked for 1 week. I wrote to support several times, but no answer. A year later I received a notification that 10 usd would soon be debited from my card for an annual subscription and they wrote it off because it cannot be cancelled through the Wachee website, supposedly there is no such account (my email is oleg01tarasov@gmail.com). I can't use the add-on either, because it requires a code to log in, which doesn't come to my email. In short, it doesn't work, you can't use it, you can't cancel the subscription, but money is regularly debited from the card - it's a scam.

Problem report

Dear Sir,
I have some information for you about a bug occurrence in "unblocker for YouTube" extension.
I live in Iran and this extension was very useful for me and many other peopels.
This extension is greate but suddenly from two days ago it not works.

Won't Connect
