Issues regarding payment

I'm trying to find a way to end the trial, but I can't locate the page.
While searching, I accidentally clicked the upgrade purchase button.

Fortunately, it was a card I don't use, so the payment failed.
After that, I pressed the subscription cancel button in the settings screen.

If I make the card usable now, the payment will go through immediately.
Please stop the subscription billing.

I need an urgent reply.

Password Reset

Have been trying multiple times to get back into Thunderbit but the password reset function in the plug-in doesn't seem to work. An email with instructions on resetting the password never comes.

Cancel Free Trial...THERE IS NOWHERE TO CANCEL

I signed up for a free trial today, it immediately told me my trial has ended so I was not able to even test the pro features. I now have ZERO WAY OF CANCELLING this membership! I have googled and researched for 30 mins and NOTHING. I am NOT PAYING FOR THIS. Please advise EXACTLY HOW TO CANCEL.

Data scape is failing due to "Too man redirects" error

I have been trying to use this extension for days now and my data scrape is failing because there's a redirect error. I would just skip this record. However, I am now at a complete stand still because I can't delete it, or skip it. What do I do in this situation. I have yet in all the credit I have used been able to get a complete scrape. How do I remove individual records to that the scrape will continue?
