why cant i download the read aloud extension

I tried it on my laptop and on my tablet. in both cases it says the item is currently unavailable. I followed the FAQ and i should not have a problem. I have the latest version of chromium. Thank you

have to grant Permissions daily

Every time I use this extention, I have to grant it permissions. Why is this??? Everyday, I literally need to go through the process of granting this extension permission and at this point I feel like I should check for a different extention,
