Stopped functioning

I've used Power Thesaurus exclusively for a few years... and it has just stopped working... nothing happens when I submit a word. I hope it can be "fixed" ... Thanks...

Right click for search

The context menu shortcut where you access the context menu "by right-clicking any word on any page" is not working. I've tried changing the settings for this shortcut between "search" and "window" but neither of them changed anything. It is still my regular right click. I've tried highlighting the word before right clicking as well, no change. Am I doing something wrong?

Former Subscriber to PT Pro

I was a thoroughly satisfied user of PT Pro for years. But then suddenly, for no apparent reason, it began to work only intermittently. Why? Was there a billing problem? So I canceled my membership. I now wish to resubscribe and make amends for any problem I (or my bank/source of payment) may have caused. Pro Freeze

Pro features including the pop-up icon and website freezes everytime, basically non responsive. Been using the free version for years, no issues, always loved the product. Please fix.

No Pro Features!

Six years after my first review of Power Thesaurus (PT), my opinion remains the same: it is the best online thesaurus that I've run across -- and I've done quite a bit of digging!

This year I decided to reward the developers for their fine product by getting the paid or "Pro" version.

None of the "Pro" features appeared! And every attempt to contact Power Thesaurus (via email or Kino, their automated "help" bot) has proven fruitless. Kino could reply to only the simplest request for my plea to receive the Pro features for a Pro subscription (how hard is that? I love your product: help me here!). When I described my problem to "it," "it" instantly gave me the link for canceling my subscription! When I emailed Power Thesaurus for help, it directed me back to -- Kino!

Any help will be gratefully received!

pinned tabs require reload.:

I used "pinned tabs" for things like GMail and Google Message. Just an FYI...before your extension will work, these sites require a refresh / reload.

Can no longer sign into pro version

I click on the three bar button. It takes me to a sign in page with my Gmail address. It used to sign in automatically through Google. Clicking on the update button shows the activity circle but then just brings me back to the sign-in page. I have changed the sign-to the Google process but the same thing happens: apparent activity but then a return to the Google sign-in page. I love the application and have been happy to pay for the pro version. I want it back!
I am on a Chromebox running Chrome 120 and have the Chrome extension enabled. I use Google Docs and MS 365 Word.

The floating icon is not showing in google docs

I just purchased pro without even trying because I have been using the free web version. That floating icon is avaialble on most websites but doesn't show up on Google Docs. This is unusual because I am using other tools like Wordtune & Ludwig.guru which have no problem with the floating widgit available on selcting text. What do I do?
