Pomodoro Chrome Extension

Pomodoro cyles (25-5-25-5-25-5-25-15)???

It's a pretty standard order of cycles, but I can't see how to do this (unless I have to keep track manually). Is this supported? I.e. after a 15 m focus, I want it to suggest me a 5 m break, then a 15 m focus, etc. after 2 hrs it's 15 m break, etc.
