Hi, I recently purchased OG Solver but it’s not working as expected. It struggles with PDF questions, gives incorrect answers (around 7 out of 20), and doesn’t properly handle multiple choice format.

Because of this, I’m unable to use the service for my intended purpose. I would like to request a refund if possible.
