Emails coming through blank

Hi there, the extension seems to have been installed just fine - I can find the button, insert the HTML, and see my email design in the compose screen as expected - but when I send the email, it comes through completely blank. It's blank in the recipient inbox as well as in the sent email. I've disabled all other Chrome extensions and cleared my cache, but no dice. I'm using HTML from Canva if that's relevant.

Bonjour,
Lorsque je sélectionne une image à insérer, cette image n'occupe qu'une toute petite partie de la zone d'image insérée dans le mail. Est-ce un problème de format d'image?

how to add preview text

Hi. Ive installed the html editor. Where must I put preview text (preheader text). Ive added the <div style=”display:none;”>Your preview text goes here</div>If I add it in the subject then it shows as code and if I add in before the email content then it puts "Your preview text goes here" before the rest of the email starts.
