The reminders are nice but I found the timer limit too small for some days and too large for others. Better if it had smart suggestions depending on time of day/workload

That's a good idea Michael, but would require you to share your detailed usage data. Most people wouldn't be comfortable with that. Let me know your thoughts.

Love how clean and non‑intrusive it is. The gentle pop‑ups don’t annoy me, but they do keep me honest. I manage my work breaks much better now.

Didn’t work with my Brave browser setup no popup showed. Tried with Chrome and it worked fine. Maybe an issue with shields or adblockers?

The intention popup didn’t show at all on Twitter. I only noticed when the timer randomly appeared after 15 minutes.
