Annual subscription not activated

I paid $199 (R$1,076.73 in Brazilian reais) on August 28, 2025, to subscribe to the annual plan, but my plan was not activated. I sent several emails to contact@chatgpt4google.com and received no response. How can I resolve this issue by activating my subscription or getting a refund?

paguei $199 (valor em real R$ 1.076,73) dia 28 de agosto de 2025, para assinar o plano anual, porem meu plano não foi ativado, mandei varios emails para contact@chatgpt4google.com e não me responderam. I would like a refund

I signed up for the ChatGPT for Google extension today under the impression that it was part of OpenAI.

After realizing that it is not affiliated with OpenAI and is a third-party product, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.
