"Unable to load conversation" error

I am using the "Chat GPT Folders" extension and when I try to load a chat from a folder, I get the error: "Unable to load conversation" and I am not able to access any of the information in that chat/thread.

This is only happening to my chats that are using this extension (the other ones load properly). Do you have any solutions for this?

How can we contribute

Now the folders are added to the top of the current prompt page, and not the left sidebar

Inconsistent Beahviour

Hey, I love this app. I'm a developer myself so I understand bug. Recently, I am unable to add chats to folders or remove chats from folders. What's strange is this only happens on certain chats not all of them. Why I cannot pinpoint.

Folders vanished

folder are no longer their, the extension is live and on, close GPT restarted same issue, folder no longer their, i notice that you have an updated version, is this automatic or do i have to reload, please let me know, i would not want to lose all the conversations that i have stored.

No "Add to Folder"

I've created folders, went to chat and there is no "add to folder" button or option. This is with existing chats and new chats after extension is installed.

Really wanted to love this super simple extension. All I need is a folder structure without the extra junk!

Downloaded and installed extension doesn't work with ChatGPT.com

I tried to update the extension as suggested in the notes, but it's not clear how to do that.

Syncing

Hi, I have arranged all the chats into different folders. How do I sync this onto another desktop device and can I also sync to my phones, Android and Apple? Thanks

Add to folder button disappears

If the session has an attached file, the button for adding to the folder does not appear on the top of window, it appears in the file attachment small box.
