Why won't it work??

I installed the chrome extension. When I click on it it brings up a little menu that has a button that says "Open ChatGpt" even though it is already open in the browser I clicked on the extension in. I click on it and it opens a new browser window with ChatGpt but there is no Snack Prompt interface anywhere. I removed the extension, cleared my cache and cookies and tried to reinstall and nothing changed. I still can't access the interface.

Tengo que iniciar sesión cada vez que abro ChatGPT porque no se guada mi inicio de sesión en Snack Prompt. Hay alguna solución?
