Channel export fail

Hello, during the export of a channel, the extension always blank. It is working well for the other channel.

How do I logout?

I accidentally logged in with the wrong account, not the one I bought pro for. I can't see how to logout so I can log back in with the right account. Disabling and re-enabling the extension didn't work.
