Request for Refund and Plan Cancellation

I am writing to report an issue related to a subscription payment and to request assistance in obtaining a refund.

On January 3, I paid for a subscription to use the Chrome extension Asin Checker using the address https://www.asincheckr.com/
The service is also offered as a Chrome extension:
https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/the-amazon-asin-checker/lnlfckdcdjkbhaaihnhehinbgiaoggfa

Unfortunately, I was unable to log in to the service, as if the payment had not been processed. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I mistakenly made a second payment of USD $3.99 on the same day, but the extension still did not allow me to log in.

Given the persistent difficulty in accessing the service, I decided to cancel the subscription and seek a refund for the total amount paid (USD $3.99 + USD $3.99).

I attempted to contact the service provider through the following emails, the only ways available:

contact@asincheckr.com
contact@thefunnelguru.com

However, as of today (January 4, 2025), I received delivery failure notifications from postmaster@outlook.com stating that both emails are unavailable. Below is the content of the error message I received:

"Delivery failed to the following recipients or groups:
contact@asincheckr.com
Your message could not be delivered. Despite repeated attempts, the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system.

For email administrators: A connection could not be established because the destination computer actively refused it. This is typically the result of trying to connect to a service that is down on the remote host, i.e., one with no server applications running. I received a similar notification for the e-mail contact@thefunnelguru.com. The service appears to be no longer operational, despite having charged me for the subscription. Additionally, I did not receive any receipt for the order and remain unable to log in.

I kindly request your assistance in blocking this payment and processing a refund for the total amount for 2 subscriptions for the months of January through June.

I hope this email finds you well.

I had purchased a monthly plan, but unfortunately, it did not activate as expected. However, it automatically renewed for the next month, which I do not want.

I kindly request a refund for the renewal and ask you to cancel the plan to ensure it does not activate again in the upcoming month.
