Hello. ive uninstalled the ieonchrome extension. But ieonchrome still stops the ieability from working and opens the

The page will load but the screen will just be gray

when i load the page it will come up gray and i can interact with the web page that is supposed to be loaded i just cant see it

Extension Installed But Keeps Bring Up IEability Usage Guide Screen

Hi there, IEability used to work flawlessly, but within the past 2-3 weeks, clicking the extension icon just takes us to the IEability Usage Guide screen, prompting us to download & install IEability. We already have this extension installed on Chrome though. Uninstalling IEability and then following the steps on the IEability Usage Guide screen does download & reinstall it, but after a successful reinstallation, clicking the extension icon still continues to take us back to the IEability Usage Guide. Could someone please help us get past this again? This is on both, home & work computers, Chrome profiles, networks, & up-to-date Chrome & Microsoft Edge browsers, so we are certain this has nothing to do with local security policies or browser issues.

Method of purchase

There are 2 purchase methods for this extension, one method is through your site, mentioned in the extension, instead if you try to open more than 3 pages with IE, I redirects you to the account upgrade to another site called (cloud browser) which of the 2 is the right place to buy it? Are they both?
