Issue with Bulk WhatsApp Export After Purchasing Pro Version

Hello,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently purchased the Pro version of your WhatsApp export extension after successfully testing the free version. The text-only HTML export worked very well, and I was impressed with the results.

My current goal is to back up a larger number of chats from WhatsApp Web, including:

one group of approximately 100 chats (text + images)
another larger group including text, images, and voice notes

I am selecting a date range from November 1st until today (May 23rd).

However, when I start the extraction process, the extension remains indefinitely on the message:

“Extracting, please wait a moment…”

The loading circle continues running, but after 40+ minutes there is no visible progress or completion.

Because the free version worked correctly for smaller exports, I wanted to ask:

Is there a recommended limit for bulk exports?
Is exporting 100–200 chats at once too heavy for the extension?
Is there a recommended batch size?
Are there any Chrome settings, permissions, or memory limitations I should be aware of?
Is there a more stable workflow for exporting media and voice notes in larger quantities?

I purchased the Pro version specifically because I need to perform larger-scale exports, so I would greatly appreciate your guidance on the best way to proceed.

want to know about multiple selected

how to check messages sent by us to sender and sender sent to me in excel sheet. because of we have checked with single chat person select, its ok but if same format then it will not show.

not all chats been saved

when i click download, its download just a small number of files from my chats represinting 10% of them

The extension is not working after whatsapp web update.

When I click on the "start backup" button it says "APP is not ready yet, please wait. If it still doesn't work after a while, please refresh the webpage and try again." in the alert form.Please fix this ASAP.

How to download all chats on Pro

Hi, I paid for pro so I could select all chats to export. When I click download it prompts me to save each file invdividually (I have about 300 chats I want to back up), then after about 30 prompts it stops. How do I get it to save all of my chats, and is there a way of doing it without having to interact with each save file prompt?

Chat backup is no longer working

Despite refreshing the WhatsApp webpage, restarting my phone and my computer, clearing my computer cache, signing off of Google Chrome, and trying all of the other troubleshooting techniques, my WhatsApp messages are no longer appearing in the Chats Backup for wa window, and, instead of my messages appearing, the following message keeps appearing over and over again: "There seems to be something wrong with the app. Please refresh the webpage and try again." What do I need to do to get my Chats Backup for wa to start working again?
