windows notification
I have it set on block all but whitelist. Every time i whitelist a site, i get a windows notification that i whitelisted a site. How can i turn that off?

I want to block one speciffic script.
<script type="text/JavaScript">setTimeout("location.href = '/link?link=t&member=somename';",180000);</script>.
I have tried "Allow all but blacklist" and added "setTimeout" and it did not work.I have tried the hole script line and it didn't work.
What should I do?
