PDF Dark Theme

Maybe I missed some of the instructions, as I'm no Chrome expert, but I couldn't get it to work.

A lot of conditions to worry about until the pdf displays with dark background. Simply put, it doesn't work right outside the box.

It still doesn't work even after enabling the "Allow access to file URLs" in setting. "

It works fine, but you need to give more permissions to it that doesn't come as default on the Chrome Browser. Also, a toggle option would be nice to have for PDFs that you need to view in the original color scheme.
