Log in at xbox.com and click "rb4.app export" at the top of the page. Upload the file at https://rb4.app>Lists>Import Extension List
This extension will allow you to download a list of purchased Rock Band 4 songs from https://www.xbox.com . This list can then be imported into https://rb4.app under Lists>Import Extension List Version 1.02 fixes Rivals songs showing up when not owned Version 1.03 fixes the export button not appearing in the current Xbox store
