I have been using this extension for Several Years now and it is the Amazing. I was a little worried during that update a while back when things were renamed but it is actually helpful. It acts like a secondary Bookmarking System and a quick way to switch between Tasks. Great extension, and exactly what I was looking for. Session buddy will store all the open tabs so they can restored after a shutdown when Chrome forgets them. Snapshots can be stored automatically when there is a change. Manual snapshots can be used to store an entire window's worth of tabs and reopened at a later date, rather than needing to bookmark lots of tabs. Exactly the functionality that Chrome should have but doesn't.

So they ignore my emails, they block my posts on their google groups & it doesn't work. Did it work before they re-created the entire extension in 2022, I think it was? Yes it did for the most part. It always found what I needed or told me it wasn't there. Now it finds something maybe 1% of the time & the rest of the time it just gives me tons of results that have zero to do with what I searched for. Decent it works with other exetion doesn't clonflic that the plus however lacks the featuer to auto close the saved tabs.

Nice when it works, disastrous when it doesn't. Twice in the past 6months or so all sessions simply disappeared with no apparent way to recover them. That's too unreliable for me.

This extension makes managing dozens of tabs so much easier. I can save groups, search through them quickly, and free up memory in just a click.

Session Buddy has saved me countless times by restoring tabs after a crash. I also love how I can neatly organize sessions for later without cluttering my browser.
