Thanks for your feedback and for using the extension for so long, we really appreciate it. In rare cases the radar layer may have temporary issues in certain regions due to data source glitches. This does not happen often, but it can occasionally affect some areas. Over the past few weeks we’ve been closely monitoring the radar service and have not detected any new widespread issues. Thanks for your feedback! The extension normally detects the user’s location automatically. However, if a VPN is being used or if the browser does not allow location access, it may default to the preset city. You can easily change the location in several ways: Click the search icon in the sidebar Click the “+” icon at the top left Click the current city name on the main page Use the search button on the main screen From any of these places you can quickly search for and select your town in SW France.

Thanks for your feedback! The app automatically updates every hour for all users, while Pro members get updates every 15 minutes. But any user can get a real-time update anytime by clicking the badge icon to open the extension app and see the latest data immediately.

We actually have this feature built in. The app shows precipitation alerts up to one hour before rain or snow begins, including the expected start time and duration. We also provide highly accurate minute-by-minute forecasts, so you can see exactly when rain is expected to start and stop within the next hour. In fact, minute-level forecasting has been part of the app since day one; it’s one of the core features we focused on to make planning easier.

This feature has been available since day one! Just open the sidebar and enable the Light Color Badge—quick and easy!

Thanks for your feedback! If you’re using a dark browser theme, you can fix this easily. Just open the sidebar menu and turn on the “Light Color Badge” option. This will make the temperature badge brighter so it’s clearly visible even with dark themes. We actually added this option from the very beginning specifically for users who use dark mode.
