    This form is for US-based brands and retailers interested in joining the YouTube Shopping Affiliate Program.

    What to Expect:
    1) Submit your interest: Complete this form.
    2) Next steps: Our team will contact you within two weeks if you meet YouTube's requirements and for onboarding instructions. Submitting doesn't guarantee acceptance.

     Eligibility Criteria:
    • US-based retailer (or global retailer with a US entity)
    • Physical products (no digital) uploaded via Google Merchant Center
    • Integration with an existing affiliate tech partner (e.g., CJ, Impact, Rakuten )
