Do  not  use this group for (and instead):

1. Questions that involve code. Post code questions to  StackOverflow with the 'firebase' tag .
2. Reporting a bug, feature request, account issues or Phishing:  File a case with the Firebase team directly .
3. Contacting the Firebase team directly, file a case with  Firebase Support  instead.
4. Asking about or reporting outages: Examine the  dashboard  and  report downtime to Firebase Support .

If you have a general troubleshooting problem and can't get help,  file a case with Firebase Support  but be sure to understand the  scope of no-cost support  first.
