This will enable us to replicate the behavior in our test app environment (by trafficking the creative in our test network). The network traffic should contain either of the following:
AdMob request URL -   https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/mads/gma 
 
Ad Manager request URL -   https://pubads.g.doubleclick.net/gampad/ads

Dear Google AdMob Support Team,
We have recently received a significant amount of user feedback regarding our rewarded video ads. Many users reported that they are unable to close the ads before completion, which negatively affects their overall experience with our app.
To improve user satisfaction and ensure compliance with good user experience practices, we would like to request the addition of a close button (or similar exit option) for Google rewarded video ads.
We believe providing users with a way to exit ads—while still maintaining the reward logic—would make the ad experience more user-friendly and reduce user complaints.
