Cannot connect to script.google.com (refused to connect)

I am trying to access the Apps Script editor, but my browser shows 'refused to connect'. This happens in multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox), even when I try to open script.google.com directly in a new tab. I cannot access any of my projects or create new ones.

Você precisa implantar = > Nova implantação => se for para web selecione o tipo de serviço e add para web , depois siga para implantar
