Today, we’re officially announcing that Cloud SQL, our fully managed database service for MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server, now supports MySQL 8. MySQL 8 is generally available (not beta!) on Cloud SQL and is available in every region. Check out our Google Cloud blog post , Gabi's blog post , and online documentation for more information.
