Based on the information provided, I understand that you are getting " ServerError.SERVER_ERROR " which indicates that an unexpected error occurred. As per the Google Ads Status Dashboard , we don't see any issues with the Ad Manager. We would recommend you to give a try and let us know how it goes. If the issue still persists, provide us with the following details to investigate the issue further.

UserService.getCurrentUser (if unable, you may just provide the email address used to make API requests).
Complete SOAP request and response logs from API ( SOAP logging must be enabled).
Is it happening only with updateLineItems method or with all the methods of Ad Manager API?
