Is it legal to use Google Finance Stock Quotes on a public website?

Hi everyone,
I dont find something to this issue on the web so maybe here could
anyone help.

I want to provide Stock Quotes and other information Google supports -
for example under:

http://www.google.com/ig/api?stock=AAPL&stock=GOOG

or

http://finance.google.co.uk/finance/historical?q=LON:VOD&startdate=Oct+1,2008&enddate=Oct+9,2008&output=csv

on a stock-community-portal I've made. A backlink and the terms of use
for Google Services would be set on the footer of each site where the
information is published (or maybe next to the stock data). It does
not matter if the data is delayed or the functionality is not offical
supported..
