PageSpeed Insights Api not getting data for specific domain

I am trying to analyze the website ' https://cochrannissanpittsburghstage.com/ '. In the PageSpeed Insights report, we are seeing a 'No Data' message under the section 'Discover what your real users are experiencing'. Please find the attached screenshot. Could you help identify the root cause?

It looks like you are blocking Googlebot from crawling this website and we use that as a signal to avoid including it in CrUX:
