If you’re having issues with BIMI, we recommend you try to identify and fix the problem before turning BIMI off. See Troubleshoot BIMI issues .
To turn off BIMI for your domain:
- Delete the DNS TXT record for BIMI at your domain provider. Use the steps in Add a BIMI TXT record to your domain (detailed steps) as a guide.
- Request the Certificate Authority (CA) that issued your VMC to revoke the VMC.
For help disabling BIMI, contact your domain provider. Google doesn't provide support for issues with your domain host.
