You can use Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Outlook (GWMMO) to import mail, calendar events, and personal contacts from a Microsoft Exchange account or a local PST file to a Google Workspace account. Your administrator needs to set up GWMMO, then you can import your own data when you're ready.
What data can you import?
- Mail, calendar, and contact data (all at once or in separate stages)
- Mail sent before or after a specific date
- All messages except junk and deleted messages
System requirements
Only the generally available (GA) versions of Windows are supported. Update to the latest patches for your Windows version.
- Outlook 2003 SP3* or 2007 SP2* (or SP1 with hotfix)*
- 32- and 64-bit versions of Outlook 2010*, 2013*, 2016, 2019, and 2021
- Outlook from Microsoft 365 desktop app (not web version)
* Microsoft no longer supports these versions. Upgrade to a supported version.
What’s not supported
- macOS
- Windows XP and Server 2003
- 64-bit version of Office on ARM devices
- Outlook from Microsoft 365 (web, Android, macOS, and iOS versions) and Outlook from Microsoft Store
Switch to a supported Windows version of Outlook.
