California Reporting Form

California residents may use this form to report an ad that they believe violates California Elections Code Division 20, Chapter 7.

Please keep in mind that you will need to provide us with the clickstring of the ad you are reporting (instructions below) or a screenshot of the ad and a URL of the ad’s landing page. Filling out this form will take approximately 2-3 minutes. You can only report one ad per form, but you may submit this form multiple times if necessary.
