By checking the box below:

1. you declare that the “Migration Period” applicable to the customer you represent under the Google Cloud free data transfer program or the Service Specific Terms has ended;
2. you declare that the customer you represent has successfully completed their migration away from the Google Cloud services for which they previously submitted an Exit Notice;
3. you acknowledge that the Google Cloud agreement of the customer you represent will automatically be considered terminated in relation to the Google Cloud services for which they submitted an Exit Notice, after a minimum of 30 calendar days from the date of submission of this Completion Notice, at the first calendar month end to occur after such minimum period.  For example, if you submit this Completion Notice on May 15th, the customer’s Google Cloud agreement will automatically be considered terminated on June 30th, and if you submit this Completion Notice on September 1st, the customer’s Google Cloud agreement will automatically be considered terminated on  October 31st;
4. you acknowledge on behalf of the customer you represent that, when their Google Cloud agreement terminates as described above, the customer’s access to any data still stored in those services will automatically end; and
5. you agree on behalf of the customer you represent that any Minimum True-Up payment obligations related to the Google Cloud service for which the customer submitted an Exit Notice will be immediately due and payable upon termination of their Google Cloud agreement as described above.
