In the “Accuracy” tab, you can review your price accuracy report, which includes your price accuracy score, recent trends in your score, and the most recent itineraries evaluated by Google from your prices. Use this report to help ensure adherence to Google's Price Accuracy Policy and Taxes and Fees Policy or determine potential sources of price discrepancies.
To view your price accuracy score:
- In your Hotel Center account , go to the left navigation menu and select Pricing.
- Select the Accuracytab.

Understanding your price accuracy report
Your current and predicted scoreYour price accuracy score is displayed at the top of the page.
- Current: Your current average score that will be used in the bidding auction.
- Predicted: Your estimated future score based on trends from your most recent price updates.
Possible values for your score:
- Excellent
- Fair
- Poor
- At-risk
- Failed

The center of the "Accuracy" tab displays recent trend graphs for your price accuracy score and mismatch reasons for your landing page.
- Price accuracy score chart: Shows the trend for your average score(s) over the last 30 days.
- Mismatch reasons: Shows the most common mismatch reasons over the last 7 days.
If your site is blocking price accuracy validations, a banner will appear on top of your Hotel Center account’s “Accuracy” tab. Selecting “View blocked validations” in the banner will lead you to the "Price Accuracy Validations” table where you can filter recent price samples by Price match = “Blocked”
. The cause can be one of the following:
- Traffic being blocked: Your site is rejecting our requests. Potential causes are rate limiting, IP denylisting, bot detection, robots.txt disallowed, or others.
- Your site is asking for human validation, such as reCAPTCHA.
Ensure traffic is not blocked for user-agent "Google-HotelAdsVerifier" or "Google-HotelAdsVerifier/2.0".
This mismatch reason indicates a generic error on the partner's website that couldn’t be categorized otherwise. It could include any issue that prevents the website to be shown or the booking flow to complete. Issues could be technical (like DNS issue), an access issue, or a performance issue (like the website is too slow to load).
Note:Site errors don't directly impact the price accuracy score. Fix the site errors to increase the number of successful price validations for your Hotel Center account.
This section highlights traffic segments that are significantly impacting your price accuracy score in the last 30 days. You can select a segment to filter your price samples.
Potential dimensions for Price accuracy insights:
- User region
- Hotel location
- Price freshness (in hours)
- Advanced booking window (in days)
Note: The click share percentage for each opportunity is a directional metric to help you prioritize which issues to address first. The click data may not align directly with other click or click share reports in Hotel Center.
The table at the bottom of the tab shows the most recent itineraries evaluated by Google. You can also filter the view by columns and download the sample data as CSV.

Price coverage
The "Coverage" tab shows your coverage of cached prices across all supported hotel-itinerary combinations for each of your matched hotel's check-in dates and lengths of stay. This report, updated daily, currently supports up to 330 days of your advance booking window and up to 30 days for the length of stay.
To view your price coverage report:
- In your Hotel Center account , go to the left navigation menu and select Pricing.
- Select the Coveragetab.
Cached price coverage
The cached price coverage report shows a percentage value that indicates your coverage of cached prices across hotel-itinerary combinations for your advertised hotel's check-in dates and lengths of stay (from 0-330 days in advance and 1-30 nights long). The report displays the following columns:
- Advance booking window: The number of days in advance the end-user wants to book the hotel. The rows are grouped by 30-day spans. The maximum number of advance days is 330. It's calculated based on the date in the hotel’s time zone when the request is made.
- Length of stay: The number of nights the end-user has selected to stay for. The columns are grouped by 7-day spans. The maximum number of nights is 30.
You can sort by the "Advance booking window" and the 4 lengths of stay in ascending or descending order by clicking the header of each column.
