If you notice activity on Google Pay which is abusive, illegal (under applicable laws) or violates our Product, Business or Offers Policies, please use this form to report it to us. Please identify the exact user or business being reported, and explain in detail why you are reporting them. Your request will be evaluated against our policies and we will review and take action as appropriate.

Please note that completing and submitting this form does not guarantee that any action will be taken on your request. We will only contact you if required.

Note: Issues apart from the ones mentioned in the dropdown below will not be entertained through this form. For other issues like ( login to Google Pay, Referral money, State of transaction, OTP validation, etc), Go to Settings > Help & Feedback to learn about such issues. If you have further queries, please go to Contact > Select Chat or Phone to place an immediate request to connect with Google Pay customer care.

For electronic statements: Print the document, cover all numbers, except the last 4 digits, with a piece of paper or your finger, and then take a picture of it.
