Collection of NPWP/NITKU for Head Office/Branch Office customers

To comply with local tax regulations, in light of the new regulations which are in effect from January 1, 2025.

If you identify as a Head Office customer, you must provide us with your 16- digit Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (“NPWP”) to be used on your Google invoices.

If you identify as a Branch Office customer, you must provide us with your 22-digit Nomor Identitas Tempat Kegiatan Usaha ("NITKU") to be used on your Google invoices.

Please also check and confirm that your name and billing address per your payments profile with Google exactly matches the name and billing address registered with the Indonesian tax authority (DJP). Otherwise, please provide us with the updated name and address in the form below. Please also ensure your NPWP/NITKU is in an active/valid status with the DJP.

Google can’t advise you on tax matters, so please contact your tax advisor for any questions regarding this change.
