These details can affect your item’s warranty coverage:

Warranty period

  • Your device is covered under a limited warranty offered by Google. Warranty periods vary by country.
  • You can extend beyond the standard warranty period if you purchased either:
    • Pixel Care+
    • Google Fi Device Protection

Type of issue

  • You mayget warranty support if your device experiences issues, like:
    • Doesn’t charge properly.
    • Doesn't turn on.
    • Freezes often.
    • Has microphone, speaker, or button issues.
    • Has trouble getting internet or cell signal.
  • You may notbe able to get warranty support for your device if:
    • It has cosmetic damage.
    • It has a cracked or broken screen.
    • You dropped the item and it got damaged.
    • Debris entered the USB-C port and it stopped working.
    • You lost the device, it was stolen, or you don’t have it anymore.
    • The device malfunctions due to liquid damage.

Purchase from a third-party retailer

  • Google provides a limited warranty for devices purchased through authorized third-party retailers or carriers.
  • If you bought your Google device from an unauthorized third-party retailer or carrier, contact the retailer or the carrier directly.
  • If you bought your Google device from a kiosk owned by Signifi, contact Google Support for warranty replacement.
