As a member of Areivim USA, your opinion is important to us.
That is why we are reaching out to ask for your thoughts on an issue that touches every home in the community. The issue is inflation.
The cost of living has risen significantly, affecting food prices and all other expenses. This has a significant effect on Areivim USA recipient families.
Currently, the group raises up to $100,000 per orphan, with members donating a maximum of $28 per month. This amount was set in 2007, when Areivim USA was established. In the past, that amount ensured that orphans had funds for tuition, clothing and wedding expenses. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
Areivim USA board members, as well as askanim and a number of group members, have expressed concern; and the board has determined that
Areivim USA must implement a change. We have several options.

Areivim USA wishes to raise the amount collected per orphan, so that their needs are met, despite rising costs. To do so, we can either raise the collection amount for ALL members, or establish Areivim Plus, an OPTIONAL sub-group whose members would contribute more, and receive more in the event of their passing.
